Went there yesterday (31/05/2010) for a quick lunch and had a awful experience. On arriving we were quickly whisked away from the sandwiches in the fridge and told they had table service - the sandwich I had in my hand was taken off me and I was told it was 'taken care of'.
After waiting a while, someone eventually came to serve us and took our order. I let them know about the sandwich. After a few minutes the drinks and soup for my wife arrived, my sandwich was nowhere to be seen. I waited a few more minutes before going up to the counter and getting the sandwich myself. I was asked if I wanted it toasted and I did - I was told someone would bring it over.
I'm not exaggerating but it must have taken about 15 minutes for someone to bring the (over toasted) sandwich over. The guy serving us was too busy flirting with some American girls and tried to make a joke of how long it took... not funny.

The food itself was poor - the tomato soup was Heinz and really didn't warrant the almost £3.
The falafel pitta I had was very poor, over toasted and poor quality falafel - with cheese and no humous.

The berry smoothie I ordered was awful for around £3 and seemed to be a synthetic milkshake and not something with actual fruit.

Anyway, the place is overpriced, poor quality products and bad service. I certainly won't be going there again and will be spreading the word about how bad it was.

I feel better already!

Great place, so close to UCL, I love that fact that I can get free wifi, unlike in Starbucks where they charge me

Great atmosphere, very cousy and the best is that you you get treated so well, no need to stand in the queue for the drink.
I love tea and when I had it there, not only I was given great tea but it came in nice quantity too (the whole pot)
