Terms and Conditions
A contract regarding the Product has been concluded as of today's date. 1. 1eat promises to put the restaurant name on the list of the premises giving discounts. It will also ensure that an appropriate sticker is provided for each premises and stuck in a visible place on the front of the restaurant within a fortnight of the agreement. 2. The restaurant will ensure that the sticker is clearly visible all the time during the duration of the contract, and in case of damage of loss of sticker the restaurant will order a new one. 3. 1eat will provide the restaurant within 14 days a template of the discount card for the given year. 4. The restaurant accepts the student's general terms and conditions (http://www.1eat.co.uk/card/terms) that are posted on the http://www.1eat.co.uk and in case of non compliance with any rules 1eat is able to remove the restaurant from the scheme at no prior notice, it's effect will be immediate, non negotiable and final. 5. The restaurant will ensure it knows of the latest design of the discount card from www.1eat.co.uk/card. 6. The restaurant will also provide, first person of contact in case of questions or queries: ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1EAT's usual terms of co-operation are applicable to the extent that these are not explicitly deviated through written agreement. The agreement stands for 12 months with a 3 months notice of termination and cannot be deviated from without the written consent of both parties. In the event of non termination the contract will role on until such time as either party serves notice. If however the restaurant would like to withdraw a penalty would occur of two hundred pounds per restaurant and a written form has to be sent to the registered address of 1eat.
