One is able to become a member either on-line or from a 1eat partner. By joining the
club one receives a membership card and it's usage is equivalent to agreeing with all
of our terms and conditions.
The card is valid from the day of purchase until the last day of the month specified on
We are trying to do our best to ensure that all the restaurants comply with the promise
they made to provide the best food and the discount to the holders of the card,
however we are not responsible for the food standards. Please write and read the
reviews written by others to avoid disappointment.
All discounts advertised on the website have been agreed by the restaurants in written
form. However, in rare circumstances, a restaurant may refuse the discount and we
apologise for that. Please contact us if this does happen so we can deal with the matter
If a complaint is received from any 1eat club members in any form that the
participating restaurant has failed to honour the discount which is specified, then
1eat Ltd will investigate the matter and if necessary we reserve the right to have the
details of the restaurant removed from the website with a notification to the users
of the website about the reasons for the removal. The participating restaurant will
give a name of the person responsible when signing up to the scheme, for answering
any queries if a problem arises. All our decisions will be final and no refund to the
members will be given.
Discounts available by each participating business cannot be combined with any
other offer. Some establishments may require reservations or bookings. It is the
responsibility of the card holder to contact the participating business directly
requesting availability and confirm the rate of discount.
By becoming a member of 1eat Ltd you agree that neither 1eat Ltd nor its associates
are liable for any damages direct or indirect that may arise from joining 1eat Ltd.
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any given time and it is the
user's responsibility to check them. Any such changes will take effect when posted
on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each
occasion you use the website and the continued usage of the website signifies your
acceptance to be bound by these terms.
Products & ServicesTop
1eat LTD currently provides the 1eat Discount Card for the price of £37 (not including postage & handling fees). Along with the card we provide the online service of www.1eat.co.uk where we provide an index of the restaurants signed up on the scheme. The index contains information about those restaurants that anyone can use. The discounts stated for each restaurant are only valid for 1eat Discount Card holders.
We also provide a secure Online Ordering System for buying the Discount Card online. The system is under a secure connection, with an SSL Certificate issued by Comodo as stated on our website.
The online price of the 1eat Discount Card might change without any notice or limitation.
Restaurants Cancellation PolicyTop
Participating restaurants may cancel, decrease or alter the details of the discounts they have signed up for. This can only be done in writing to:

After we've agreed to the decrease, cancellation or alteration of the discount details, the restaurant or the owner of the restaurant has to deposit the fee of £200 to the following account.

Description of payment: "Cancellation fee for -insert restaurant name here-."
The restaurant will then be taken off, or updated (reflecting the new discount amount) within 1 week. Our members will only be notified in the event of a restaurant cancelling its pre-agreed discount.
However, restaurants are free to increase discounts, by contacting us.
Members Cancellation PolicyTop
Members of 1eat have the right to claim the cancellation of their membership purchase (and consequently the 1eat card) during the following 24 hours from the time of purchase. This can be done by contacting us.
Your email title must reference your transaction ID (found on your purchase receipt). In your email you need to explain the reasons of requesting this cancellation. Once we've established that your reasons are valid and clear, we will fully refund the amount you paid, and your card will not be dispatched.
Once the 24-hour period has passed you cannot cancel your membership, and 1eat LTD will give no refunds under any circumstances.
We do not accept any return of the Discount Card bought either online or by any other distributor.
Once your payment has been completed, we will endeavour to dispatch your card as soon as possible. We will take 1-2 days to make your card and then
dispatch it by Royal Mail First Class to the provided address.
The card should reach you within 5-7 working days. We advise waiting another 2 days after the expected delivery date before raising an issue.
For any non-received cards please contact us quoting your transaction ID in the email title.
We are not responsible for any losses due to the mail service.

Our website will not store any information regarding any of its visitors, unless they wish to buy the 1eat Discount Card and thus fill the required forms in our payment process.
The information you provide
You provide 1eat LTD with information required to purchase the membership and hence the 1eat Discount Card. Such information include your name, address, telephone number, email, as well as your credit card details.
The credit card transactions are not processed on our servers, thus we are confirming that we will not be storing your credit card information in any way. We will however store your personal details for future reference.
Disclosure of your personal details
Your personal details are stored securely on our hosting provider's servers. We will not use your details for any non-company related issues and will not disclose them to any third party under any circumstances.
However, in the case that our business enters into a joint venture with, purchases or is sold to or merged with another business entity, your information may be disclosed or transferred to the target company, our new business partners or owners.
Feedback & Comments
By submitting comments and feedback regarding the website and the service we provide, you are giving us permission to use that feedback or comments on our website or in any of our marketing or advertising campaigns. In such a case we will identify you by your name and surname.
We protect the information you provide us from unlawful access. The transmission of your data is handled by a secure connection, thus data is transmitted encrypted. However, we cannot fully guarantee the security of your data transmission; any transmission is at your own risk.
Accessing the information we hold about you
You have the right to see the information we hold about you. You also have the right to ask us to ammend your details so they are accurate and up to date. If you wish to do this, please contact us.
